Researching to Investigate an Issue

Today students were taught then when you are specifically researching an argument, you want want to grasp the sides of that argument early in your research.  One way to do this is to focus initially on texts that lay out the argument clearly, and then read to learn about both sides. Students worked in groups to begin researching a new argument and settingt up their notes to show both sides of the argument.
