The Second Continental Congress

The "Second Continental Congress" met in rooms 306 and 308 today.  Our historians have been researching the American Revolution.  Over the last few days they have been reading short biographies and determining whether the person being described was a Loyalist, Revolutionary, or Neutral and gave evidence to support their opinion.  Today, students shared their opinions with their classmates and discussed whether they agreed or disagreed with each other.  Our "delegates" worked by candlelight and had oatmeal cookies and bottled water.
